When his son is born, King Barron dares to imagine a future beyond fear. Years later, as he prepares young Sol to one day inherit the throne of Qarradu, he passes on the legend that shaped his own childhood: the story of Tensora, a distant and wondrous land whispered of as if it were both miracle and myth.

But the name carries an old wound. Long ago, Barron’s own father vanished in search of Tensora, leaving behind a kingdom and a son who would never see him again.

Now history threatens to repeat itself. As the Black Fever spreads through Qarradu and Sol falls gravely ill, Barron is forced to make an impossible choice. With time running out and hope fading, he leaves behind his crown and sets out across a harsh and unforgiving world in pursuit of the one thing he has spent his life trying not to believe in.

For Barron, the road to Tensora is more than a desperate search for a cure. It is a journey into the shadow of his father, the burden of kingship, and a mystery that has haunted his bloodline for generations.
